We are so grateful to have worked with Beloved for both our wedding florals and coordination and believe it was one of our best decisions in planning our wedding! It just makes *sense* for the team who is designing your florals to also lead the planning and coordination process in order to execute a cohesive vision.
We went with the Lavender package (partial coordination), which was perfect for us. I was a very detail oriented bride, but definitely needed Angie and Helen's expertise for some decisions and details. Their recommendations always came backed up by experience and we were so grateful to have their insights along the way. One of our most important meetings with Angie and Helen was our wedding timeline planning meeting. We were feeling overwhelmed by the weight and amount of decisions we needed to make for the day-of events before, during, and after the wedding, but they came prepared with suggestions, comparisons, and encouragement and turned it into a much more relaxed but still efficient process.
Angie also went on maternity leave shortly before our wedding date, but she had graciously communicated her timeline with us very early on and brought Helen into our planning meetings far in advance so we fully trusted in a seamless transition. Helen was so awesome as our lead coordinator for our rehearsal and day-of, along with sweet Sarah as assistant coordinator, and we felt so grateful to Beloved for delivering as a team! Our wedding day went exactly as planned and so many of our friends and family (including those aunties who like to criticize lol) told us our wedding was timed just right and that they enjoyed the flow of the night. All thanks to Helen, Sarah, and the rest of the team who took care of all vendor coordination, every detail from setup to tear-down, and also checking on us throughout the day and night to give us reassuring words. Their efforts truly showed us why couples NEED coordinators -- we could not have fully enjoyed our special day without their help!
Now for the florals -- Beloved florals at your wedding are a MUST! I knew after just one florals planning meeting that Angie understood the assignment. Seeing how the florals turned out on the day-of was one of the best surprises -- every piece from the bouquets, ceremony installations, and table arrangements was so beautifully and carefully arranged. Our florals were really our only decorations in a minimalist venue space and they *delivered*. They brought the whole space together to create the dreamy, soft, spring wedding vibe we had imagined. My bridal bouquet in particular is what made me feel most like a bride, even more so than my dress and veil. Angie also went above and beyond to make my bridal bouquet herself even though she was still on maternity leave and just had her son weeks before my wedding. This was so, so thoughtful of her and showed us how much she cares about her Beloved couples!
We can't recommend Beloved enough -- they are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so sweet, and they will make your big day even better than you imagined!

Angie & Beloved Events Co. are the ABSOLUTE BEST in florals and wedding coordination and we are so thankful to have worked with such an experienced and talented team on our big day.
Since we knew we wanted to take the lead in planning the wedding, we decided to go with the Poppy package. Throughout the wedding planning process, Angie & Helen gave amazing advice and perspective to someone who had never planned a wedding before. When planning became overwhelming, Angie was so kind to hop on a phone call to ease any concerns. Helen was fast at communicating over text and email, and eager to answer any questions we had — big or small.
We also went with Beloved for our florals, and they really exceeded our expectations!! We wanted to have a very whimsical, colorful, and unique floral design. And let’s just say, TRUST YOUR FLORIST!! We put all of our trust in the Beloved team and they took our vision and made it 10000x more beautiful than we could have imagined. We received so many praises on how the florals complemented the entire event, from the bridesmaids dresses to the venue and the signage, and this is all thanks to the talent of Angie and her exceptional team. (We’re not even the type of people who buy bouquets for the house or really *love* flowers, but we do not regret a single penny that went into our florals on our wedding day).
On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING besides taking in the day and enjoying it. Helen was so thorough and made sure to check in with us often, and we could see how hard she and her assistant were working to make sure that things were moving smoothly and that we were able to enjoy ourselves. They collaborated seamlessly with our other vendors, and overall it was the perfect day.

Where do I even begin? Choosing to work with Angie and the Beloved Events Co. team was hands down one of the best decisions David and I have made in our wedding planning process. Being a wedding vendor myself, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Angie for various weddings & always remembered her to make my job easy with her amazing communication skills & by running a smooth event, while keeping her clients happy and assured. So when it became my turn to be a bride, asking Angie to coordinate my wedding felt like a no brainer. We chose to hire Angie for partial planning, as I was the type of bride that wanted to be involved in the styling aspects of the wedding, but lacked the confidence and drive to “be one top of it” at all times Throughout the planning process, Angie kept us accountable and helped break up our to-do list in manageable pieces, so we never felt like we were overwhelmed.
We had our wedding out in the desert (Joshua Tree) at an Airbnb. Due to the nature of venue being a residential space, we had to bring in all our vendors (from lighting to catering to bathrooms to rentals — the list goes on). I undoubtedly felt some anxiety knowing that there were so many moving parts to our wedding, but Angie continued to assure me that everything was going to be okay & her words were NOT empty promises!! On the day of our wedding, there were some hiccups re: things not going exactly as we had planned (out of Angie and everyone’s control), but Angie and her team were quick to think on their feet and executed a flawless backup plan, which in the end, felt even better than what we had hoped for all along. Needless to say, we were blown away by her ability to solve problems, seek solutions, and provide the best outcomes. We genuinely mean it when we say Angie cares about you, the work she does & will ensure that you are taken care of throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were left in the dark with her prompt responses and timely outreach.
I wouldn’t hesitate even a millisecond to recommend Angie and her team to future brides. After the wedding, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how Angie and her team were so friendly and professional — my dad even said that she had a “daughter-like presence” & was so lovely to all of our family members; they felt as if she was a part of our family.
Angie, you are so good at what you do & we are blessed to have had you and your talented team coordinating our special day. Your work ethic is something I admire and am constantly inspired by. Grateful to know you and have you as friend and support system in this industry. Love you to the moon and back!

We used Beloved Events Co for the full service and they've exceeded our expectations and went above & beyond from the moment we've started working with them! As this was a destination wedding for us due to living outside of California, Angie played a huge role to make sure our mood board came to life without us having to be present most of the time. When you pick the Rosemary Package (full coordination) - she is there from beginning to the end such as venue picking, floral design, centerpiece ideas, and preferable vendors which eliminates the stress that we thought we'd have to go through. As a destination wedding, there was a lot of back and forth, uncertainty, and budget challenge but we appreciated Angie's accommodation, guidance, and honesty with helping us in areas that needed more attention which resulted in what we envisioned into reality! We also appreciated the relationship that her team already had with some of our vendors, making it easier, checking and chiming in when needed and going over the little details beforehand to ensure our wedding had a smooth transition and for all our guests to have a great time!

We can’t put into words the amount of gratitude we have for the entire Beloved Events Co team. We were blessed to have been able to work with them for both our florals and coordination - they made wedding planning easy. From start to finish - I could not have asked for a more dedicated team to execute beyond expectations. Imagine your best, most truest friend that genuinely cared about seeing you happy and thought ahead for you so you wouldn’t stress about things last second - that’s what the Beloved team felt like to us.
For coordination, we worked more closely with Angie and Helen for details leading up to the wedding, but Sarah and even Simon really stepped up on our wedding day to help bring our vision to fruition. Angie was always very responsive to our emails, calls, and texts - which is one of the most valuable qualities to have in a wedding planner/coordinator. It helped build trust between us and ease our anxiety. She was patient, understanding, and kind. She was thorough, professional, and attentive to every single detail, big or small - including the ones my husband and I didn’t even think to think of! She had a ton of recommendations and tips on how to elevate our wedding, and never made us feel pressured or guilty for saying no if it wasn’t within our budget - another valuable quality you learn to appreciate as you come across vendors that try to upsell you on anything they can. Angie & Helen met with us in person to go over our timeline for the day, accompanied us on our venue tour/walk through, AND coordinated our rehearsal. There were 20 people total in our wedding party - all with wild personalities - but Angie and Helen remained calm, patient, and kind to each and every one of us. Their level of professionalism and efficiency directly reflects their passion and experience in the industry.
For florals, can I just say… WOW. Everything was all I ever wanted, and more!! Our venue was a blank canvas - but the florals in that space made it feel so complete. The costs were fair and comparable to other florists in the area. We discussed our budget with Angie, and she was always open to suggestions/requests we had. She sought clarification when she needed it and never assumed anything on our behalf. I’ve heard horror stories of boutonnières falling apart throughout the day - but ours held up during an excessive heat wave and a thousand hugs from loved ones. They looked elegant and delicate, but were assembled in a way that gave them maximum durability. My bridal bouquet ~ I’ll never get over it. The blooms chosen truly expressed my personality ~ it felt like the girls just knew me. Seeing everything in person for the first time, and now looking back at photos - I have no regrets choosing Beloved Events Co for florals and will recommend them for any special event! I am so thankful for the creative minds behind it all.
Angie ~~~ you have a gift. With that gift, you have a beautiful and loving heart, and a team of people with hearts just as pure. We're thankful for all the hard work you put into making our day a dream come true. For everything you did for us that we didn’t get to see but fully benefited from - I’ll never stop thanking you and praising your team. I gained a friend through it all. Without a doubt, the best part of our wedding was our amazing team of vendors - a large credit to Beloved Events. We hired Beloved for both our flowers and wedding coordination and this made EVERYTHING about our wedding so much easier. Angie was up to date with table/layout changes as our coordinator, which translated seamlessly to our floral needs. I told Angie my "Pinterest board" for floral inspiration was literally her Instagram page and she exceeded all my expectations. We walked through everything we would potentially need for each space a few months before the wedding and Angie communicated the breakdown of all the pieces clearly, gave suggestions for what she thought we would need from her experience in our venue, and followed up with any changes right away. The team helped us repurpose our ceremony arch for our Chinese tea ceremony and the reception, which ended up saving us money!
Planning our wedding with Angie was like planning with our best friend. She was quick to respond to all of my texts and always had great solutions. The Beloved team was professional, organized, and the best hype crew for our wedding party on our big day. Several of our friends and family commented on how sweet the team was and noticed how helpful Angie was for me in handling our timeline and any hiccups that came up. Angie and her team were absolutely amazing and we can't stop mentioning how great they were every time someone asks us about the wedding. We initially connected with Angie to talk about flowers for our wedding and I knew right away that I wanted her to be our coordinator as well. Book Angie now before it's too late. End of review. But really, go. Angie has been the easiest and sweetest person to work with for our wedding. We hired her for both coordination and florals and everything was handled with such talent, care, and perfection. She's truly living out her passion and you can tell by the way she approaches her work and her couples. She's your biggest hype woman from selecting every detail to the dance floor. Communication has always been prompt and clear. She helps with vendor referrals and giving honest recommendations. She has good relationships with multiple vendors which speaks volumes in itself. It has been a joy to have Angie and her team walk alongside us during our entire wedding planning process. They truly brought our vision to life and executed it perfectly. They not only take care of their couples, but the entire wedding party (ours was a party of 16), the flower girl, and the families. At our rehearsal, we talked about how we're so happy we hired Angie because we felt so cared for. We really were able to trust them with the day, so we got to enjoy our wedding to the fullest from beginning to end without any worries.
As for florals, Angie and her team brought to life the bouquet and floral arch of my dreams!!! I have no knowledge on names of flowers, so I just gave her the gist of what I wanted and she sent pictures to make sure we were on the same page. She helped with every nitty gritty detail with enthusiasm and offered recommendations on things I had no clue about. It was so amazing to see it all come to life and blend in seamlessly at our venue. So many people came up to us asking about the florals and how beautiful they were. I loved my bouquet so much I currently have it as my lock screen on my phone. If you have a wedding or your friend's having a wedding or your friend's friend is having a wedding, hire them for both coordination and florals! Discovering Angie made the wedding planning process easier and more efficient. Angie made us feel very comfortable and showed great empathy by working towards placing our wedding ideas into a reality. We noticed that Angie continuously asked us about certain activities or events throughout the wedding planning process, such as our signage positions on the day of the wedding, which built up our trust and confidence in her work. Her actions made us feel that she was very invested in making our wedding perfect for the Big Day. Working with Angie and the Beloved team has been nothing but smooth sailing. From our first email to the very last detail of our wedding, you can really tell that Angie cares for the couple and our wedding- it's not just another event, another day of work for her. Even with 2022 being the busiest year of weddings in history, Angie was prompt with her responses and always dedicated the time we needed to feel taken care of. Working with her felt like catching up with an old friend... but a friend with endless knowledge and network for your wedding! All her vendor recommendations were amaaaaazing, and helped make wedding planning so easy and enjoyable. My fiance (now husband) and I went with the Lavender (partial coordination) package, and it was exactly what we wanted. I was a bride that needed to know every little detail and wanted to be involved in the planning process. Angie made sure I knew what was going on and worked with me to make sure every little detail was perfect.
The day of the wedding was truly where Beloved Event Co.'s talents shined! From the moment Angie and her team arrived, they made sure everything from the displays to table settings were laid out beautifully. The best part was that Angie was also our florist! I honestly didn't have big expectations because I'm not a big fan of flowers... but I think Angie changed that forever. The florals for my wedding were soooooo dreamy and beyond what I could have ever imagined. If you're going to get florals from Beloved, make sure to have a bouquet preservation plan before your wedding because you're going to want to save those flowers forever. Also, I know this isn't part of her job description, but she even helped ease my anxiety when our photographer got covid the week of the wedding, and it started to rain the morning of the wedding. If there was any type of issue during the wedding, I had no idea because Angie and her team took care of it. It truly was the wedding of our dreams, and we can honestly say it couldn't have happened without Angie and her team. I would 1000% recommend them to every single one of my friends and anyone who is planning a wedding. Seriously, the best coordination and florist in the business!

Working with Angie and her Team was one of the best decisions we've made. Not just through our wedding planning process. But in LIFE. Angie is such a sweet soul, with a heart so big and you can tell right away that she puts so much thought and effort into her couples. Since our first call, 9 months before our wedding, I felt like I was talking to a friend - not a vendor. Immediately, I could sense her passion for her craft and I knew right then and there that she was our girl. I provided Angie with a general mood board with some inspo pics and my wedding colors and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with our flowers. The week of our wedding, she sent me photos of the flowers she was planning to buy just to double check that it was in line with what I had envisioned. I appreciated these small gestures and throughout the entire planning process, I felt heard, taken care of and respected from beginning to end.
The day of, her team arrived promptly and the set up process was seamless and most importantly - they were CLEAN. I never really thought about how much work goes into floral arrangements and I was so impressed with her professionalism throughout and we are so honored to have been given the opportunity to work with her. If you are looking for the perfect florist for your wedding, Beloved Events Co. is the way to go. I have nothing but high praises for Angie and her Team and am still dreaming of our florals, to this day! Thank you Beloved Events, for making our wedding the best day ever!

Angie and the BelovedEvents team was nothing short of amazing as our wedding coordinator and florals. From day 1 of meeting with her to start envisioning our wedding, to even days after our wedding, BelovedEvents team went above and beyond for us!
First of all, as wedding coordinator, Angie was always on top of it, very responsive, accessible, flexible, and proactive. These are the traits we look for highly in a wedding coordinator and she had it all! She helped not only make our dream wedding come true, but also executed it on the day of. We fully trusted her through the entire planning process and especially the day of. We felt a huge relief knowing that she had our back and was coordinating and directing everything to run smoothly, which she did. Even after the wedding, Angie took care of us by making sure we didn’t forget anything, took stuff home and stored it for us until we were able to pick it up. If that’s not going beyond her job description, I don’t know what is ..!!
Now for decoration and florals- We loved our decorations and florals at our wedding. Our vision could not have come to life any better. At the planning of it all, we were so unsure of what colors/florals/centerpieces/decors go well with our venue, bridesmaid dresses, suits, etc… we had so many questions. Angie’s experience helped us guide and narrow down our choices. As the wedding date got closer, we wanted to change things around and Angie was so flexible and helpful to make these changes.
With everything said, we are so thankful to Angie and BelovedEvents team. Unfortunately, we hope to not have another wedding (hahahah), but if that were a thing, we would definitely want BelovedEvents as our coordinator and florals again!!!

Angie at Beloved Events Co. has been nothing short of amazing. I originally hired her as a month of coordinator and we did venue walkthroughs and tastings and everything was going smoothly. However, COVID/lockdown hit a couple weeks before the wedding and I had to postpone twice. She pretty much became my yearlong coordinator because of it! Angie became one of my support systems and always gave sound advice and reassurance when I had doubts.
Leading up to the week of the wedding, so many things were going wrong (outside circumstances that Angie nor I could control). Even the night before the wedding, I was texting her last minute changes and I think she could sense my anxiousness. Angie responded with, “Everything will be ok” and she took everything in stride and was so collected. I wouldn’t have been able to go through that week without her. The wedding day was absolutely perfect in our own way. Angie really went out of her way to make the day seamless for Kenny and I (I’m sure there were lots of fires she had to put out without us knowing). We keep reflecting back on that day and how it was filled with so much love and support. It wouldn’t have been possible without Angie! I’m so grateful for Angie’s professionalism and kindness. I feel like I gained a friend out of this experience 🙂

My husband and I are truly so happy that we chose Angie and Beloved Events Co. to coordinate our wedding! It was flawless, and most importantly, so darn easy! We shopped around for about 2 weeks, checking out different referrals but we chose Angie and glad we did.

To begin with, I definitely enjoyed the fact that Angie was able to offer us different levels of coordination so that we could pick exactly how much help we needed. Angie did not leave us in the dark about anything but was very clear on making this wedding our day. She devoted herself to the planning with as much care as if it were her own wedding. We met multiple times to discuss details and plan out the design and structure of our wedding in person. She made sure to send out all the updates and recaps via email afterwards. Throughout the entire process, Angie was chill, easy to work with, friendly, and also had a great eye for decoration. I really appreciated her work ethic, passion, and love for what she does. Angie was a great planner. Me and my new husband are lucky to meet her. She was readily available for last 3 months of my very last minute wedding planning. For example, she responded my emails and text promptly. She paid close attention to all the floral arrangements while keeping everything on budget without sacrificing any quality. She had much experience with vendors to coordinate our wedding and helped me to select the best DJ, photo booth, and designer. We are thankful and highly recommend Beloved Events.

Beloved Events Co. did an amazing job at our wedding. Angie made sure that we felt comfortable on the very first meeting and assured us that our special day will be taken care of. On the night of our wedding, Angie was able to get all of our vendors set up on time and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. She is super helpful and was reliable for the duties that was assigned to her! She truly made our night special and care free, something you can’t put a price tag on!

Beloved Events Co did an AMAZING job at helping coordinate my wedding. As Angie and I met a few times to go over wedding details, my gut was telling me that I could trust Angie help coordinate my wedding. I'm the type of person that doesn't really trust others to do certain jobs so I do it myself. But I had full confidence that Angie had everything under control (which she did) and really helped ease wedding planning stress!
